30-Day Return Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received — uninstalled, unmodified, and with all original packaging.

Our goal is to make returns as straightforward as possible. If something isn’t right with your order, we want to fix it. See our full purchase terms in our Terms of Conditions.

Return Shipping

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will pay the return shipping costs — no questions asked.

If you are returning an item for any other reason (does not fit your application, changed your mind, ordered the wrong part, etc.), you are responsible for the return shipping cost. A restocking fee may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as “sold as-is” or “for parts only” in the product listing
  • Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us with your order number and details about the item you want to return.
  2. We will respond with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Please do not ship items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refund Timeline

You should expect to receive your refund within approximately two weeks of returning your package:

  • Transit time: 5–10 business days for us to receive your return
  • Inspection & processing: 3–5 business days
  • Bank processing: 5–10 business days

In many cases, refunds are processed faster than this estimate. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Warranty Claims

All parts include a 30-day warranty unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Every part is inspected and tested by certified technicians before listing.

If you receive a defective part that was not described as damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a return and provide a full refund or replacement.

Damaged in Shipping

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
